What is the difference between Alary®Active and Alary®Rest?
Alary®Active is developed to keep your nose open during physical activity and exercise that causes a significant increase in respiratory rate, such as when going for a run.
Alary®Rest is made from softer material and is developed to be comfortable to wear over longer periods of time, such as during the night.

Size M and/or L will fit most men.
Size S and/or M will fit most women.
If in doubt, choose the smaller of the two.
Size XS is for juniors or small adult noses.
Your Alary® is somewhat adjustable in all directions. Height and width of wings and legs can be adjusted to make your Alary® smaller or bigger, and the wings can be slightly tilted to find the right angle for your nose.
Increase the height of your Alary®. This will in most cases provide a better fit.
It takes a few weeks for the brain to adjust to better nose breathing, and most new users will experience removing their Alary® by accident during sleep some nights. As the brain adjusts to better nose breathing, this will most likely stop happening within a few weeks of use. In case this happens several times, please make sure that your Alary® has enough height to fit properly.
When removing your Alary®, wash with mild soap and lukewarm water only. Leave to air dry in its case, out of direct sunlight.
